Temperature Calibration
To achieve high accuracy calibrations, you need the best quality standards to ensure high accuracy, repeatability and stability.
Our Quartz Platinum resistance reference probes and primary thermometry bridge along with our precision fluidised baths from -80℃ to 700℃ enables us to achieve measurements of the highest accuracy with temperature stabilities as low as 0.001℃. We can also offer temperature simulation to cover the full range of any thermometer
Calibration of Thermal Imaging Cameras over the range 0-500℃ is also available.
Included in our scope
- Infrared Thermometers
- Temperature Dry Block Calibrators
- Blackbody Source Calibrators
- Temperature Baths
- Thermometer Calibration
- Temperature Probes/Thermocouples
- Liquid in Glass Thermometers
- Temperature Data Loggers/Chart Recorders
Force Calibration
Our capability is 0 to 50kN Compression.
We are able to calibrate a wide range of load cells, Force Gauges, Digital Force Gauges, Gram gauges from manufactures such as Mecmesin, Salter, Futek and Beslands.
Force gauge calibration confirms the accuracy of equipment used to measure force. Force can be described as a push or pull exerted on an device in terms of Newtons (N), which is the SI unit for measuring force.
The definition of force is defined as the force required to move 1kg at a rate of 1 metre per second squared. Calibration entails taking results from a reference force level and then comparing these with reading of a device under calibration. By calibrating your force gauge on a regular basis and making any necessary adjustments, you will have assurance in its accuracy.
